Living for the Weekends

Our weekends are going to be pretty full in November. I'm only guessing that December will be the same.

November activities include:

1) Going to The Regency to complete pre-admittance papers (so I don't have to fill them out while I'm in labor!)

2) Watching a live performance of "White Christmas" in Lakeland (this will get us in the Christmas Spirit)

3) Celebrating Mom's 53rd Birthday

4) An all day Birth Class

5) A half day Baby Care Workshop (learning to bathe baby, etc)

6) Taking a tour of the Regency where I'll be giving birth

All this before Thanksgiving!

The most exciting thing happening next month? We find out if we are having a boy or a girl! I can't wait to see the baby again on the sonogram, because I know the little monkey will be so much bigger since we saw him/her at 6 weeks.

Everyone asks if we want a girl or a boy and, honestly, either will be a blessing. If we already had a girl, I think I would want a boy and if we had a boy, I would want a girl. But, we'll gladly take whatever the Lord gives us! ;-)

I always thought I would be happier with a girl, because I know nothing about little boys. It was just my sister and I growing up and I didn't take care of a lot of little boys when I baby sat. But, for some reason, I feel like we might be having a little boy. And I'm happy with that. I'm wondering if God has placed it on my heart ahead of time to prepare me. We'll find out soon! My boss (who has the spiritual gift of discernment) has already declared that it is a boy and that his name is Ty.

Daniel and I had a relaxing Saturday this past weekend playing Miniature Golf. It was a surprise to both of us that I won both games. I was so proud, because the only thing I normally beat him at is Wii bowling ;-)We won 2 free games to use in the future, because both of us got hole in ones.

This is the only golf picture I took before my camera stopped working ;-/ Doesn't it look like a pecan?

Camera is working again ;-)

Starbucks was right next door, so we enjoyed a Pumpkin Spice Frappacino afterwards ;-P
